因商品质量问题无法使用，摩登一百负责换货或更换配件，并承担来回运费。

The qoods will be replaced or changing accessories by Moderndesiqn100 if haveproductquality issues .

因商品运输损伤问题，摩登一百将负责维修维护。

The goods will be repair by Moderndesign100 if have commodity defects

因客户使用不当造成损坏，摩登一百将提供有偿服务，协助维修或补寄配件更换。

摩登一百所有商品基于实物商品拍摄，并非网络盗图，但因相机，光线，显示器原因，仍有部分产品颜色存在色差，但摩登一百可提供小块色样寄给客户确认，确保您选到称心如意的颜色。

我们的家具属于定制商品，发货周期一般为30天，如需加急，请与客服咨询!

色差问题

我们的产品照片均为实物拍摄，但由于拍摄技术、光线、显示器参数等因素影响，收到的实物可能会与照片有些许差别，请以实物为准!

送货与安装

我们可以为客户提供送货到门服务，有些地区可提供组装服务，我们的大部分商品均为简易组装，如有不明白之处请与客服联系!

货物签收

我们的商品都经过仔细检查后才发货，请买家收到货物时仔细验明，如有数量不对，运输破损的情况，请您用手机拍下破损的产品及外包装，并第一时间联系我们，我们会第一时间处理这些问题，以保障客户的权益!

关于运费

我们的家具标价均不包含运费，所有运费由客户支付，由于家具属大件商品，只能通过专业物流公司发货，由于运往目的地各不相同，产品体积大小也不同，目的地有些属偏远地区，配送费用也不尽相同，因此具体运费请与客服联系。

售后服务

我们的商品提供1年的质量保证，在您使用商品的过程中，如发现有质量问题(非人为使用，破坏，磨损)的。我们将为您提供保修服务，并承担相关费用!
